Young Guns is Eater's annual roll call of the next guard – the most promising newbies in food, wine and hospitality, as selected by industry leaders. We're seeking to identify those under 30 years old (or those who have worked in the industry less than five years) who show extraordinary promise. We'll feature the chosen on Eater, then fête the winners at a gala event this summer.
Our goal is to build Young Guns into a lasting and durable honor for the restaurant industry, an award that will be found on resumes and worn proudly by those chosen. Let's get to it.
