Tickets go on sale on July 29, and to whet appetites before the main event, TMBBQ and Texas Monthly barbecue editor Daniel Vaughn will also help organize Texas Barbecue Week, a fundraiser for Foodways Texas that'll take place from July 13 through July 19. ASPEN— The 2014 Food & Wine Classic in Aspen (scheduled for June 20 through 22) has already sold out, so organizers have added three more ticketed events to the schedule. In addition to a newly announced chef 5K charity run and a "Dessert Party" hosted by Gail Simmons, chefs Grant Achatz, Richard Blais, Alex Stupak, and Jonathan Waxman will join forces to cook a Saturday-evening dinner with a "Wonderland" theme.
