The New York Times' Pete Wells road-trips to Virginia to visit the restaurants owned by famously transient chef Peter Chang. Wells' best meal occurred when the legendary chef was in the kitchen at his Short Pump, Virginia location, but Wells also argues: "I could make a strong case that the best Peter Chang restaurant is the nearest one, as long as you order so many things that the server starts to act as if you might be insane."
