Here's a delicious-looking book trailer for Per-Anders Jorgensen's upcoming photography book/recipe collection Eating with the Chefs. Jorgensen, co-founder of the culinary publication Fool Magazine, visited the likes of Noma, El Celler de Can Roca, and Blue Hill at Stone Barns to capture each restaurant's family meal ritual (aka the meal staffers usually share before or after service).
As the trailer intones: "Like all families, bonds in restaurants are made by sharing a meal around the kitchen table," so the book also includes recipes representing each restaurant's "unique staff meal traditions," tweaked for at-home consumption. Eating with the Chefs, published by Phaidon, hits shelves April 28. Watch the preview here:
