Mario Batali was on The Tonight Show on Friday, as Jimmy Fallon's first chef guest since he took over as host of the legendary TV show. To commemorate the occasion, Batali gifted Fallon with a salumi culatello. They made boozey milkshakes (Fallon on the bourbon: "God, why don't we use fake stuff? Ice tea or something") and burgers. Batali also revealed why he wanted to open a burger place (B&B Burgers & Beer in Las Vegas): up til now, "You had to speak a little bit of Italian to come to one of my restaurants. Which is okay! But there's a whole mess of people who don't want to speak Italian who still want to have something delicious to eat. Made by me." Check it out:
