Paul Kahan recently stopped by Chicago's The Interview Show (accurately described as "a talk show in a bar") to answer host Mark Bazer's random questions about cheap haircuts and Chicago sports fandom. Kahan does talk a little bit about food: He rehashes a recent "confusing" attempt to bring a restaurant concept to Wrigley Field, home of his beloved Chicago Cubs (the partnership, unfortunately, didn't work out).
He also dishes about some of his restaurants' famous guests, like Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel, who has called Kahan a "wuss" on at least two separate occasions. Says Kahan of the onetime White House chief of staff: "He was cool. Scares me a little bit, though." Go, watch:
