A Five Guys manager responded to an online complaint by accidentally including the angry customer on a chain email where he describes the customer as a "complete asshole." Consumerist has a look at the e-mail, in which the manager writes: "This guy is a perfect example of why this world is fucked... I'm speechless over this douche."
