The Ace Hotel just opened the doors to its first ever Los Angeles property/hipster mecca. Eater LA scopes out the downtown hotel's main dining attraction LA Chapter and finds a stunning restaurant designed by GREC Architects and Commune Design. The restaurant is home to a Stumptown coffee bar, while a bar and lounge called Segovia is located on the second floor. The "Cali comfort bistro" is helmed by chef Ken Addington and restaurateur/partner Jud Mongell of Brooklyn's Five Leaves. The restaurant is currently slated to open on January 17.
