Sure, why the hell not: here's a video of 8,083 bottles of organic wine arriving at Noma direct from Brest, France via a motor-free, 32-meter long schooner called the Tres Hombres. There are many reasons given for why Noma went with this particular delivery method: according to a Copenhagen wine importer who recounted the tale on the restaurant's blog, it was because of a wine delivery to New York fell through and the ship needed to find a home for the bottles in Europe. According to the video below it's because, "This vessel performs magic!" Regardless, not only does chef René Redzepi bring the crew snacks, he also helps unload the boxes. Go, watch:
