This week's episode of This American Life looks at doppelgangers: comedian Fred Armisen does a pretty solid imitation of host Ira Glass, and one of the features looks at whether restaurants are serving fried rings of pig rectum and calling it calamari. The answer is probably not, but then again, as one pork processor says, "You can be an anthropologist all you want, but if you don't work in a processing plant you don't know shit." [NPR]
