Chef and restaurateur Mario Batali was on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon last night. Up first was an interview in which Batali talked about his Christmas Eve and Christmas dinner plans in Michigan ("it gives you serenity and calm to accept the things you can't change"). And then the cooking segment: Batali made an Aperol Spritz and fettucine alfredo inside a carved-out wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano. Here's video:
