Hey coffee nerds and people who like to spend money: 48 Starbucks in the Pacific Northwest are now offering "Costa Rica Finca Palmilera" coffee, which costs $40 per pound or $7 for a Clover-brewed grande. Jimmy Kimmel took on the super pricey coffee last night, saying "I feel like this is a test to find out just how stupid we are." And so to find out just how stupid we are, Kimmel ran a prank taste test. Random people were asked to try two cups of coffee and were told to guess which one was the $7 cup, but both were actually regular plain old cheap coffee. It did not go well. Hints of berry, bitterness, and coffee that "just tastes more premium," below.
