New York City's The Daily opened just this week in Soho and they're totally covered when it comes to a sleek design from AvroKo Hospitality, but also when it comes to cocktails — they're operating off a list that is 600 drinks strong. Cocktail director Naren Young will rotate in six cocktails at a time, while also rotating daily will be the menu of snacks, seafood dishes and meat-centric entrées from chef Brad Farmerie.
