Chefs from Boston and NYC are doing a little Super Bowl wagering. Called the "Super Bowl Restaurant Smackdown," Boston is represented by chefs Jamie Bissonnette, Tiffani Faison, Matt Jennings, and Gabriel Frasca; New York is represented by Harold Dieterle, Lee Anne Wong, and Michael Ferraro. The rules: For seven consecutive days, members of the losing team must: Wear the opposing team's jersey and a Statue of Liberty hat (Boston) or a lobster hat (NYC) in their restaurant, and "Feature pastrami on rye (Boston) or New England clam chowder (NYC) prominently on their menu."
