Michelin releases its 2012 guide to Chicago tomorrow, but Eater Chicago has a sneak preview of this year's crop of star-spangled restaurants right now. The big news? Two restaurants lost two stars: the formerly three-starred L20 and formerly-two starred Avenues each got knocked down a couple pegs, with Avenues dropping off the list entirely.
Grant Achatz's Alinea retained its three stars, making it the only restaurant in Chicago to attain the highest Michelin rating. Head over to Eater Chicago for the full list.
