Back in August, Los Angeles restaurant/hotel/nightclub entrepreneur Sam Nazarian's hospitality company sbe announced plans to open a hotel in South Beach, Florida in the former Ritz Plaza (sinking $65 million into the project). Word was that plans included an outpost of José Andrés' Bazaar concept (the original is located in Nazarian's SLS hotel in LA).
Today Eater LA reports that the SLS Miami will also house a branch of the popular sushi restaurant Katsuya and a spinoff of the LA nightclub Hyde, appropriately called Hyde Beach. Specifics are still being nailed down.
