Eater Sneak Peek: Red Hook's IKEA Restaurant, Now with Food

Whether you think the new Red Hook IKEA is a blight on the neighborhood or the second coming, baby's here to stay. While the shopping obsessives over at our sister site Racked are counting down the seconds and planning to camp out in the parking lot, we have the most recent look at the now furnished and functional IKEA restaurant and the Swedish fare they intend to serve there. It looks more ambitious than their Elizabeth, NJ cafe but less appetizing than the Fairway cafeteria nearby.
