West Village: Last week was a time of ceaseless DOH'ings, and restaurants were felled left and right by the Department's inspections. This week may be the time for once hopeless cases to rise from the dead. The blurry sign above says "We Will be Open Next Week!" and it can be found on the doors of West Village Middle Eastern joint Yummy Shawarmy, which was declared to be dead just two weeks ago. If they can do it, and Mei Lai Wah can do it, the rest of you can.
