Danny Meyer Dispells Rumors

Yesterday a tipster reported that Danny Meyer was "a lock" for the Union Square Pavilion restaurant even though he signed an affidavit in court denying his involvement. The officials at USHG chime in with their statement: “Danny Meyer has in fact signed an affidavit indicating that he is not the project’s anonymous donor, and furthermore, that he is not bidding for the concession. Trust the affidavit.” [EaterWire]
