2008_05_barcarrera.jpgWe first heard back in February that Bar Carrera owner Frederick Twomey was expanding his East Village wine bar into the space next door when he applied and was approved for a liquor license. It looks like the expansion is complete. Jeremiah Moss discovered the news when he tried to get a soda at the Atlantic City deli and realized that, while the signage was still in tact, the deli (and once a great place for all kinds of dirty and legit magazines) is now a schmancy wine spot.
