Ko-BOOM: Gone in 4 Seconds
Wednesday, April 23, 2008

The Los Angeles Times' food blogger logs on at 7AM Pacific time every day to get a Ko resy, and after days of failures, she emails the powers that be. This is their response: "This morning there were several hundred people actively logged onto the system and all the reservations went in the first four seconds. With everyone trying to get what amounts to 14 reservations the odds of getting a seat are certainly slim but your internet connection speed is basically irrelevant." [Daily Dish]
