EaterWire AM Edition: Scott Bryan in at Lever House
Monday, April 7, 2008

2008_04_leverhouse.jpgMIDTOWN EASTScott Bryan, the former chef at Veritas who was once linked to the project at 10 Downing, has accepted the job as executive chef at Lever House. When it came out last week that former chef Dan Silverman was leaving, Bryan was rumored to be the front running candidate for the job, but now the move is confirmed. If all goes according to plan Bryan, a chef who has been linked to three major restaurants and projects in the last year, will start full time at Lever House in a little over a week. Owner John McDonald says we can expect a complete overhaul of the menu in about four to six weeks. [EaterWire]
