1) West Village: It's been a couple weeks since our latest update on Bar Q, Anita Lo's West Village 120-seater still slated to open this April. Looks like we're inching ever so slightly closer. Here's the tip from the inbox: "Decals are up at anita lo's new spot bar q and sean scotese the former chef de cuisine from mai house was outside in chef whites..." No interior shots yet but we'll count a chef sighting and some window decals as signs of definite progress. [PLYWOOD]
