Long awaited music venue and presumed bar from rocker Andrew W.K. and partner Spencer Sweeney will open as soon as April 5 down on Lafayette right below Canal. Early reports on the venue said it was "beautiful, spacious and had multi-levels", but the best part of the whole thing is this: place is called Santa's Party House. [BrooklynVegan via Curbed]
