Spotted: Big time GOP'ers (and Joe Lieberman) dining in Midown: "Tonight, Monday, February 4th, our former mayor Guiliani brought Senator John McCain and Senator Joe Lieberman in for a discreet dinner at Fresco by Scotto in midtown. Guiliani kept a relatively low profile, bowing out before the dinner ended, but Mr. McCain signed autographs and took pictures with people on his way out."
