Dr. Vino runs a piece today about eccentric restaurateur and oenophile, Paul Grieco, who plans to open a new wine bar Terroir in a couple weeks. If you already saw the video of the man, you'll know what you're in for with this interview. Here's a snippet: "I want to upset people, I want to educate people, I want people to open their minds. In taking such an aggressive stance, my goal is not to piss people off; my goal is to get people to open their minds." [Dr. Vino]
