Watch this video (full screen for maximum effect) to get the weird details of Blue Hill's Black Thursday "Lover's Feast" straight from the man, the legend, the locavore, Dan Barber. During the meal waiters will drop lardo into diners' mouths with tweezers and paint honey (local of course!) on their wrists with brushes. Says the man: "It's a little gimmicky and a little corny, but it gets people in the mood on Valentine's Day, and plus it's all local...it's our own pigs and it's delicious." [Big Think]
