The West Village restaurant Voyage has finally closed. It's not a surprise, the closure itself, so much as it's impressive how long the owners kept the place open with a thoroughly empty dining room. Let's bring 'er home with the verbiage from the owners' farewell note: "DEAR NEIGHBORS, THANK YOU FOR A GREAT FIVE YEARS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. WE WILL MISS YOU ALL!!!" At present, the future of the venue, 177 Perry Street, is unknown.
