Tomorrow, Mein Fuhrer The Bruni reviews Esca, of the Batali/Bastianach empire. Today, the Eater oddsmakers have set the action as follows:

Zero Stars: 15-1
One Star: 6-1
Two Stars: 4-1
Three Stars: 3-1 √√
Four Stars: 10,000-1

Esca currently holds two stars from Asimov, which means we've got a Bruni re-review on our hands. The Frank doesn't often maintain the status quo on these, and there's no real reason to believe he will is this case. The one semi-interesting plot point here is that a bump to three stars puts the restaurant on par with Del Posto and Babbo, making for one hell of a disparate collection of three star restaurants for Batali/Bastianach. But, when all is said and done, this restaurant is not less good than Del Posto, so we're fairly comfortable with the three star action. Batali haters will want to bet on one.
