Eater Inside: Staghorn Steakhouse

Behold, in all of its Kalina glory, Staghorn Steakhouse. The name owner here is John Berisha, who, along with exec chef Neal Myers cut his steakhouse teeth at Ben Benson's. Myers, it turns out, also heads off-site catering for the famous society haunt Swifty's. Though a steakhouse entry in Manhattan isn't exactly breaking news, Staghorn's proximity to Madison Square Garden is of note. For pre-game feasting, one now has a trifecta of steakhouses (legendary Keens' and newer Nick & Stef's are the other two) from which to choose.
